As an experienced family law attorney, you will strengthen the team with your expertise. You are able to work together with the members of our team at a high qualitative level and also to mentor junior colleagues.

As a member of the family law team, you will handle varied and challenging cases in personal and family law and matrimonial property law.

Our clients can rely on tailored legal advice and careful guidance during court proceedings. Based on clear communication, you will, where desired, take partial or full charge of the case. The goal is to make a meaningful contribution to a solution that is satisfactory for all parties.

Profile:

• You hold a Belgian Master of Laws. An additional diploma and/or academic degree is an asset.
• You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience as an attorney in personal and family law and matrimonial property law.
• You are Dutch-speaking. An excellent knowledge of French and/or English is an asset.
• You are a team player and have an affinity for guiding younger colleagues.
• You are eager to take on a commitment in the development or improvement of projects/processes within the firm.
• You have strong communication skills and a great sense of responsibility.
• You are interested in both litigation and advisory work.
