Reyns Advocaten Sunrise Session: The rights of the victim in criminal proceedings – from criminal complaint to compensationGratis

Becoming the victim of a crime is often a profound and painful experience. Whereas victims used to have little voice, their position in criminal proceedings has now been significantly strengthened. During this seminar, you will receive a clear overview of how victims can concretely exercise their rights and what legal steps they can take before, during and after the criminal investigation.
