Due to the continued growth of our firm and the increasing number of cases, we are urgently looking for a motivated trainee lawyer/associate, preferably with some relevant experience, who wants to strengthen our team and help realise our ambitious growth path.

Als lid van het team Ondernemen, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de advisering en bijstand van alle juridische zaken gekoppeld aan een onderneming. Je staat in voor de opmaak van diverse ondernemingscontracten (zowel B2B als B2C) zoals (inter)nationale handelscontracten, verkoop- & huurovereenkomsten, distributie- & licentieovereenkomsten. Je verleent niet alleen advies inzake marktpraktijken en consumentenbescherming, maar ook in het kader van het vennootschapsrecht m.n. corporate housekeeping, bestuurdersgeschillen, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, etc.
In addition, you will guide and represent companies and entrepreneurs in commercial and corporate disputes. You will defend the interests of a diverse client base before the Enterprise Court. In short, you will have the opportunity to handle a varied and interesting range of cases and to further develop your expertise in the broad field of business law.
Profile:
- You hold a Belgian Master of Laws. An additional diploma and/or academic degree is an asset.
- You are a third-year trainee lawyer or an associate lawyer with some relevant experience in business law.
- You are Dutch-speaking. An excellent command of French and/or English is an asset.
- You are a team player.
- You are keen to commit to the development or improvement of projects/processes within the firm.
- You have strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are interested in both litigation and advisory work, and you have excellent contract drafting skills.
